In 1999, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) was in its infancy. Many businesses relied heavily on manual efforts to manage their sales processes. Alternetics launched as a premier provider of CRM technology, stepping in to help organizations bridge the gap between traditional sales methods and emerging technologies.

As we partnered with more clients, our technology portfolio and expertise rapidly expanded. We navigated the rise of major platforms, achieving certifications and supporting clients across Salesforce.com, Microsoft CRM, SageCRM, and others.

However, we soon realized our clients needed more than just simple CRM implementation. We expanded our solutions to cover all aspects of business process and technology integration.
